Over the past two decades, Angelica has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of workers’ compensation law. She approaches each case with a unique blend of thorough discovery, rigorous investigation, and client education. Known for telling clients what they need to hear, rather than what they want to hear, Angelica sets herself apart as a trusted legal advisor who isn’t afraid to challenge conventional thinking. With over two decades of experience as a retired police lieutenant in a large metropolitan law enforcement agency, Jerry brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to the private investigation field. His distinguished career includes receiving the Lyons Club Officer of the Year Award in 2000 and 2005, as well as being inducted into the Honorary International Police Hall of Fame in 2001.

Jerry has a deep background in both public and private law enforcement, conducting thousands of interviews with witnesses, claimants, and employers. His experience spans courtroom testimony, where he has provided expert insights on witness credibility, deception detection, and evidence collection. His methodical approach ensures that each case is handled with precision, often using HIPAA-compliant platforms like secured Zoom for remote interviews.

Jerry specializes in AOE/COE investigations and is well-versed in regulatory frameworks such as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and other consumer reporting agency compliance requirements. Additionally, he produces comprehensive background reports and social media reports for insurance companies, helping to uncover critical information for claims and investigations. In addition to his practical experience, Jerry holds a master’s degree in public safety administration and a bachelor’s degree in criminal social justice with a minor in Psychology from Lewis University.
